Crew Members

I grew up in a family of seven bouncing around the U.S. — six states deep by the time I was 16 and over a year living full-time on the road. That pretty much wired me for adventure and chasing whatever’s next.

College tried to claim me, but I bailed three times. Still, I am passionate about learning everything I can.  “I come from the heavy equipment side of diesel mechanics but have recently been working in the automotive dealership world to keep expanding my skill set. Along the way I’ve picked up welding, fabrication, and a few years of remodel construction — so I’m always down to build, fix, or improve whatever’s in front of me. I love a good DIY project, but people are what really fire me up. Whether we’re surfing, skating, snowboarding, or just kicking it, I’m always down.

In my early 20s I helped kick off a skate ministry in Greenville, SC, then kept the stoke alive with surf and skate outreach in SW Florida for a couple years. After that I dipped to Colorado to work at a ski resort, where I met my best friend. About a year and a half after meeting we were married, and a year after that, we sent it into our biggest mission yet — the LOST bus.

I grew up on the east coast of Australia, munching on vegemite toast and petting spiders. After high school I took about 4 gap years, but all with a purpose - working, backpacking Europe, working on ranches and bible school in the states. After settling back in Australia I studied event management and realised a love of administration and hospitality. It was connections with a community in Colorado that brought me back the states in 2023 and an American husband that had me stay.

I love doing life alongside others, offering practical support and genuine encouragement. I’m passionate about building efficient systems while also valuing the power of a safe, welcoming space where people can gather and connect over a good meal.
